2009 Mitsubishi Galant Owners Manual

2009 Mitsubishi Galant Owners Manual - The 2009 Mitsubishi Galant line offers four distinct trim levels and three performance levels, providing the wide array of choices that midsize buyers seek.  The performance-tuned Galant Ralliart tops the line, which for 2009 also includes the 4-cylinder ES, the new 4-cylinder Sport Edition, and the V-6 Sport. The 2009 Mitsubishi Galant Sport models integrate new standard factory value packages that add a long roster of premium equipment at a substantial savings over what those features would have cost separately. As a result, the 2009 Mitsubishi Galant Sport models offer a significant $1,000+ MSRP value advantage over comparably equipped competitive midsize models.

Further enhancing value, all 2009 Mitsubishi Galant models come standard with a Sportronic automatic transmission Ac a 4-speed with the 4-cylinder engine and a 5-speed with the two V-6 engines. Sportronic allows manual shift control for a more engaging driving experience. Galant Ralliart has the heart of a high-performance GT car †the Mitsubishi Eclipse GT, to be precise. Its 3.8-liter V-6 produces 258 hp at 5,700 rpm and 258 lb.-ft. of peak torque at 4,500 rpm. Galant Ralliart is capable of accelerating from zero-to-60 mph in about six seconds, making it one of the best performers in its segment. The Mitsubishi Innovative Valve Timing Electronic Control (MIVEC) system helps optimize power and engine efficiency across a broad engine speed range. As an example of MIVEC's benefits, the large-displacement V-6 is already producing 220 lb.-ft. of torque at just 2,000 rpm, giving the Galant Ralliart forceful off-the-line response. The Galant Ralliart features its own sport-tuned suspension with higher-rate springs and dampers and a 21-mm rear stabilizer bar. Its 235/45R-18 all-season tires are mounted on new 18 x 8-inch seven-spoke aluminum alloy wheels. All Galant models are equipped with four-wheel disc brakes, with the Ralliart model featuring larger front and rear discs than the other models. In terms of standard luxury amenities, the Galant Ralliart challenges premium performance sedans by providing perforated leather-trimmed seating surfaces, heated front seats, automatic climate control system, power glass sunroof and an auto-dimming rear view mirror with Homelink transmitter.

2010 Nissan GT-R Owners Manual

2010 Nissan GT-R Owner’s Manual. This manual was prepared to help you understand the operation and maintenance of your vehicle so that you may enjoy many miles (kilometers) of driving pleasure. Please read through this manual before operating your vehicle. The legend of the GT-R began in May of 1964 in Japan when the affectionately termed “boxy” Skyline passed a Porsche 904 at a hairpin curve on the Suzuka Circuit. The GT-R legend continued on the Japanese racing circuits and in the sports car world when the GT-R was equipped with a powerful engine and state-of the- art all-wheel drive system in August of 1989.

A new legend is in the making for the 21st century. The “NISSAN GT-R” is now available worldwide. During development, the NISSAN GT-R was taken to the Nurburgring in Germany, a racetrack used for performance evaluation benchmarking of super cars. While being driven by a professional driver, the GT-R set a record time of 7 minutes 38 seconds even though the road surface of the most difficult high-speed corner, the “kesselchen” was wet. The GT-R also handled an endurance test totaling approximately 3,000 miles (5,000 km), setting the world’s fastest continuous driving lap time of 7 minutes 55 seconds. Additionally, to make sure the GT-R performs off the track as well as it does on the track, the vehicle was designed to perform on many types of roads from a scorching freeway to snow swept country roads. A new legend is born.

A separate Warranty Information Booklet contains the warranties covering your this Owner’s Manual or any other document or representation regarding warranty coverage). The “NISSAN Service and Maintenance Guide” explains details about maintaining and servicing your vehicle. Additionally, a separate Customer Care/ Lemon Law Booklet (U.S. only) will explain how to resolve any concerns you may have with your vehicle, as well as clarify your rights under your state’s lemon law. Your NISSAN dealership knows your vehicle best. When you require any service or have any questions, they will be glad to assist you with the extensive resources available to them.

These tires and wheels are designed to give your vehicle a sport appearance. Here we go on the topic.

The 2007 Subaru Forester lineup includes two additional trim levels, the Sports 2.5 X and Sports 2.5 XT, which offer a hip styling motif inside and out. In other news, all Foresters except the base 2.5 X model get an upgraded CD player with MP3, WMA and CD-RW capability.

Standard on all 2.5 X models is a 2.5-liter horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine that makes 173 hp and 166 pound-feet of torque. If you need extra power, opt for one of the XT models, which have a turbocharged version of the 2.5-liter engine good for 224 hp and 226 lb-ft of torque. Most Foresters are sold with a 2.5-liter, horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine rated for 173 horsepower. Acceleration is adequate with this engine but hardly thrilling alongside the many V6-equipped competitors in this segment.

Changes are minimal for the 2008 Subaru Forester. Stability control is now standard on all turbocharged models equipped with an automatic transmission, and Subaru has shuffled the equipment among the Forester's many trim levels. At a glance, the 2008 Subaru Forester might seem like any other compact SUV. It shares its basic underpinnings with a car, for instance, and as such it's easy to drive and provides plenty of family-friendly versatility.

A compact crossover SUV, the 2008 Subaru Forester comes with one of two engines: a 2.5-liter four-cylinder or a turbocharged version of the same. Foresters with the regular engine carry a "2.5 X" designation and come in base, Sports, Premium and L.L. Bean trim levels. Models with the turbo engine get the "2.5 XT" stamp and come in Sports and Limited trim levels. And antilock brakes are standard on all 2008 Subaru Foresters; traction and stability control come exclusively on turbo models with the automatic transmission.

Redesigned for 2009, the Subaru Forester compact crossover SUV is bigger and more beautiful inside and out. The 2009 Subaru Forester compact crossover SUV is available in three trim levels: 2.5X, 2.5X Limited, 2.5XT and 2.5XT Limited. The Forester 2.5X is equipped with 16-inch steel wheels, keyless entry, cruise control, full power accessories and a four-speaker CD audio system with an auxiliary audio jack.

The 2009 Subaru Forester is blessed with a more stylish but no less functional interior than its predecessor, with visually interesting contours complementing generally straightforward controls. Enlarged dimensions have given rise to a roomier rear seat, and the cargo area out back has broadened by more than 5 inches compared with the outgoing model. The Forester 2.5X is also powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 170 horsepower and 170 pound-feet of torque. It's available with a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic.
